Potable Water Treatment
Thermphos offers a range of CEN grade products for use in potable water. Phosphoric acid and KALIPOL® 32 are the most commonly used chemicals in the control of plumbosolvency in drinking water. Sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP) is used for the control and removal of calcium carbonate scale in pipework. For treatment of industrial and non-potable waters please refer to our Water Treatment section under Industrial Applications.
