Textile and Fibre Manufacture

The versatility of phosphates means they are widely used within the textile industry. Due to their sequestration, dispersion, cleansing and buffering properties, they can be used in all stages of textile processing including sizing, scouring, bleaching, dyeing, weighting and printing.
The buffering capacity of a phosphate mixture can be used for many aspects of textile treatment, especially when dyeing (for all kinds of fabrics), including the use of Azoic dyes.
