| Description | : | Phosphorus pentasulphide is produced from high-purity phosphorus and sulphur. The material is an intermediate for a wide range of sulphur-containing organophosphorus compounds. Important applications are the production of lubricant additives such as dialkyl dithiophosphates, insecticides, and flotation aids. Phosphorus pentasulphide is a greenish yellow solid. It is available in two grades of phosphorus content and a wide range of reactivity and particle sizes, from flakes to fine powder. All grades are high purity. |
